Project: Foxrock Carpark Redevelopment
Value: €0.45 Million
Duration: November 2016 – May 2017
Client: Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council
The project transformed a disused former railway site in Foxrock into a modern public carpark to alleviate severe parking shortages in the village. The site, historically part of the Harcourt Street line serving Leopardstown Racecourse, had become derelict and subject to fly-tipping.
The redevelopment restored active use to the brownfield site while preserving historical elements including the original railway ticket booth.
